Odyssey Weathers is a Kentucky native currently residing in sunny Los Angeles, CA where she works as an Account Coordinator for an award-winning entertainment advertising agency. She holds a BS in Marketing with minors in Management and International Business from the University of Louisville. She is also the founder and visionary behind Odd Media Solutions, a boutique marketing agency focused on redistributing wealth and eliminating barriers that exist for black folks. With her work in advertising and marketing, she is changing the world one black business at a time. Odyssey currently serves as the Marketing chair for 1+1=U and The Athlete's Derby Gala maintaining our websites, social media, and growth strategies.

Why I Volunteer with 1+1=U
Pouring into our youth is the key to a brighter future. I'm an advocate for the things I've been through and I love encouraging our youth to do the same. Turning trials into triumph is the only way we've made it this far. I enjoy being another shoulder that these kids can lean on and contributing to the mission of this organization with the talents that God has given me.
