Isaiah Jones
2023-2024 Board of Directors
Isaiah Jones will serve as the Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of the entrepreneurial
initiative Good Brothers Pharmacy. Isaiah earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational
leadership with a minor in communications and concentrations in both Psychology and Biology.
Isaiah currently works as a therapeutic behavior support specialist for Maryhurst residential
agency and a sales development rep for T-Mobile business solutions. He has held numerous
executive board positions for community organizations such as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
that has allowed him to acquire professional and personal leadership, and life skills. He recently
founded Good Deeds Foundation, Inc. which will is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
providing communal resources such as health education, awareness, and opportunity to
marginalizes communities through collaborations and partnerships with local and national
organizations.
Why I Volunteer with 1+1=U
1+1=U is an organization my peers and I were introduced to when we entered the hallways of
Central High School during our freshman year in ‘07/08’. Margaret Dunbar-Demaree was
viewed as a mother, aunt, friend and mentor to us as students and student-athletes. She was
one to hold us accountable both inside and outside the classroom, field, court and community.
Margaret pushed us to become better individuals and made sure we were equipped with the
proper tools needed to survive once we walked out those school doors. Knowing that the love
and support I received from this organization has helped me climb new heights, I feel as if it’s
only right I support and help provide that same love and support to other students and student-
athletes that were in my same situation.
